Established to provide Savills existing client base and niche clients with a unique service and recognized brand, we expect Savills Residence to grow as the serviced apartment market continues to develop and expand.

The team has over 12 years experience providing professional serviced apartment management services to a portfolio of apartments stretching from Sheung Wan, to Happy Valley.

Savills Residence can offer guests the following range of services in addition to more traditional residential management services:

Housekeeping, laundry and linen change, dry cleaning, 24 hours concierge, technical support, business centre, newspaper and magazine delivery, plus interest class and seminars.

In addition, all guests will be given the ‘Savills Residence Privilege Card’, which entitles holders to enjoy discounts and special offers at numerous participating restaurants and retailers around Hong Kong.

Clients and Building Owners also benefit from employing Savills to run their serviced apartment as we are able to bring efficiencies and economies of scale to the management operation.
